PERBAIKAN FASILITAS KERJA DENGAN PENDEKATAN ERGONOMI (STUDI KASUS INDUSTRI RUMAH TANGGA SEPATU CIBADUYUT: CV GERUND)
Abstract
Attention to ergonomics is closely related to human
aspects in planning and working environment, in
order to reach efficiency and effectiveness in its work.
The physical environment of work including how the
equipment or work facilities are designed with due
regard to human capabilities and limitations in
performing his job. The design of work facilities can
be done with the application of ergonomic
anthropometry by first doing an evaluation of existing
employment facilities. Tools that can be used to
evaluate them discomfort questionnaire used to
predict the complaint on each body segment and the
method of Rapid Upper limb Assessment (Rula) used
to determine the level of risk and type of action that
will / should be done.
