MODEL KOMPETENSI WIRAUSAHA WANITA

Abstract


Penelitian ini mengkaji model kompetensi wirausaha wanita di seputaran Jabodetabek yang mempersepsikan dirinya sukses. Penelitin ini merupakan penelitian awal dengan metode survei yang melibatkan 50 orang responden.Instrumen penelitian meliputi SkalaModal Psikologis, dan Skala Kompetensi Kewirausahaan. Data di analisis dengan metode SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) menggunakan Lisrel 8.7. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi wirausaha wanita secara langsung dipengaruhi oleh modal psikologis. Semakin besar modal psikologis wanita, maka kompetensi kewirausahaannya semakin besar pula. Dalam hal ini, kompetensi kewirausahaan yang paling terpengaruh adalah orientasi pada kualitas dan komitmen pada kontrak.
