PENCAPAIAN KINERJA IMPLEMENTASI KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT PADA BUMN SEKTOR USAHA ENERGI DI INDONESIA

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang pencapaian kinerja implementasi knowledge management pada BUMN Sektor Usaha Energi di Indonesia. Unit analisis penelitian ini dilakukan pada 42 kantor wilayah pada 5 BUMN Sektor Usaha Energi di Indonesia. Unit observasi atau responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 283 responden yang terdiri dari 47 manajer menengah, 81 manajer lini, dan 155 karyawan. Untuk mengetahui pencapaian kinerja implementasi knowledge management digunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yangmenggunakan Graphic Rating Scales. Berdasarkan hasil penelitiandiketahui bahwa kinerja implementasi knowledge management pada BUMN Sektor Usaha Energi di Indonesia telah terlaksana dengan baik dalam aspek: tingkat dukungan pimpinan; tingkat iklim budaya kewirausahaan; dan peranan teknologi dalam proses transfer knowledge. Namun masih terdapat 4 (empat) dimensi yang mendapat penilaian cukup, yaitu knowledge creation, knowledge retention, kwowledge transfer, dan knowledge utilization. Artinya bahwa pelaksanaan knowledge management pada BUMN Sektor Usaha Energi di Indonesia dinilai cukup dan perlu mendapat perhatian dalam hal: tingkat masuknya pengetahuan baru dalam organisasi; aktivitas pemeliharaan, penyimpanan, dan cara mempertahankan pengetahuan organisasi; tingkat kemauan berbagi pengetahuan dalam forum; dan pengaplikasian pengetahuan kedalam proses bisnis.
