PERAN KEPUASAN MAHASISWA SEBAGAI MEDIASI ATAS HUBUNGAN ANTARA PRAKTEK TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMEN DAN KINERJA PROGRAM STUDI MANAJEMEN

Abstract


Penelitian ini menguji peran kepuasan mahasiswa sebagai mediasi atas hubungan antara TQM dengan kinerja. Populasi: seluruh program studi manajemen perguruan tinggi Swasta di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (28 program studi). Kriteria populasi: program studi terakreditasi minimal C dan masih berlaku. Responden: ketua atau sekretaris program studi, dosen serta mahasiswa. Metode analisis data: Generalized Structured Component Analysis. Hasil penelitian adalah TQM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja (Sig 0,005<0,01). TQM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan (Sig 0,041<0,05). Serta kepuasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja (Sig 0,082<0,10). Kepuasan terbukti sebagai mediasi parsial atas hubungan TQM dan kinerja.
