KINERJA SISTEM ANTRIAN DAN SIMULASI MODEL ANTRIAN PADA APPOINTMENT REGISTRATION SYSTEM DI INSTALASI RAWAT JALAN RUMAH SAKIT AL ISLAM BANDUNG

Abstract


Peningkatan kunjungan pasien berdampak peningkatan waktu tunggu. Metode appointment registration system (ARS) merupakan upaya menurunkan waktu tunggu pendaftaran. Penelitian bertujuan menilai kinerja sistem antrian di loket pendaftaran dan mendapatkan model antrian yang efektif. Metode observasi terhadap jumlah kedatangan dan tingkat pelayanan di loket appointment dan langsung dengan jumlah sampel 2.339 orang. Hasil analisis menggunakan POMQM didapatkan kinerja sistem antrian pendaftaran appointment (sms/telepon): waktu tunggu didalam sistem (Ws) 30,50 menit, dan utilitas 93%. Pada pendaftaran langsung yaitu Ws (48,47 menit), dan utilitas 94%. Model antrian yang efektif di loket pendaftaran sms/telepon adalah M/M/2. Pendaftaran appointment mampu menurunkan waktu tunggu secara efektif dibandingkan pendaftaran langsung.
