Natural Management Perspective Law Number 5 Year 1960 about The Basic Regulation of Agrarian Regulation Jo Government Regulation Number 11 Year 2010 Regarding Liquid Land Instrument and Land Use Regulation of Head of National Land Agency Number 4 Year 2010 Regarding Procedures of Land Investment and Islamic Law
Abstract
The abandoned land is a land that no one has or does not possess, and has never physically used it. In the management of abandoned land must have a social function in accordance with Article 6 of the Basic Agrarian Law which aims to achieve the welfare of the community. The purpose of this research is to know the arrangements, concepts, and criteria on abandoned land and ownership of abandoned land rights regulated in the Basic Agrarian Law jo Government Regulation Number 11 Year 2010 jo Regulation of Head of National Land Agency Number 4 Year 2010 and Islamic Law. The method used in this study using the normative juridical approach or method of library research is the method or method used in legal research conducted by examining the existing library materials. Especially in the Basic Agrarian Law, other regulations relating to abandoned land, and Islamic Law.
