Hubungan Tingkat Pengetahuan Ibu di RW 07 Kelurahan Tamansari Bandung tentang ASI Eksklusif dengan Upaya Pencarian Fasilitas Ruang Laktasi di Tempat Kerja dan Sarana Umum

Pada tahun 2013 rata-rata pemberian air susu ibu (ASI) eksklusif di Indonesia 54,3%, sedangkan di Jawa Barat terdapat 33,7% yang artinya masih di bawah rata-rata. Menyediakan fasilitas ruang laktasi merupakan bentuk dukungan agar ibu memberikan ASI eksklusif di tempat kerja dan sarana umum. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui dan menganalisis hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan tentang ASI eksklusif dengan upaya pencarian fasilitas ruang laktasi di tempat kerja dan sarana umum yang diketahui oleh ibu di RW 07 Kelurahan Tamansari Bandung. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analitik observasional terhadap ibu di RW o7 Kelurahan Tamansari Bandung, yaitu sebanyak 34 responden. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Maret–Mei 2017. Data tingkat pengetahuan ASI eksklusif dengan upaya pencarian fasilitas ruang laktasi di tempat kerja dan sarana umum didapat dari kuesioner yang sudah divalidasi. Tingkat pengetahuan ASI eksklusif dalam kategori baik (64,7%). Upaya pencarian fasilitas ruang laktasi di tempat kerja dan sarana umum dalam kategori baik (58,8%). Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan ASI eksklusif dengan upaya pencarian fasilitas ruang laktasi di tempat kerja dan sarana umum pada responden (p=0,031). Semakin baik tingkat pengetahuan ibu tentang ASI eksklusif maka upaya pencarian fasilitas ruang laktasi akan baik. Simpulan, tingkat pengetahuan ASI eksklusif dengan upaya pencarian fasilitas ruang laktasi di tempat kerja dan sarana umum mempunyai hubungan bermakna pada responden.

Abstract
In 2013 the average of exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia was 54.3%, while in West Java was 33.7% which means still below the average. Providing lactation room facilities is a form of support for mothers to exclusively breastfeed in the workplace and public facilities. The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the relationship between the knowledge level of exclusive breastfeeding with the effort to search lactation room facilities in the workplace and public facilities known by mothers in RW 07 Kelurahan Tamansari Bandung. The method of this study using observational analytics to the mothers in RW 07 Kelurahan Tamansari Bandung as many as 34 respondents. The study was conducted in March-May 2017. The data of the knowledge level of exclusive breastfeeding with the effort to search lactation room facilities in the workplace and public facilities were obtained from validated questionnaires. The knowledge levels of exclusive breastfeeding were in good category (64.7%). Efforts to search lactation room facilities in the workplace and public facilities in good category (58.8%). The result of the analysis shows that there was a correlation between the knowledge level of exclusive breastfeeding with the effort to search lactation room facilities in the workplace and public facilities on respondents (p=0,031). The good knowledge level of the mothers makes an effort to search for lactation room will be good. In conclusion, there was correlation between the knowledge level of exclusive breastfeeding with the effort to search lactation room facilities in the workplace and public facilities on respondents.
